- Matthew Sky Osborne has been working on creating a world class studio in the heart of downtown Columbus Ohio. He has been diligent, hopeful, and excited about bringing professional services to the city to help grow the city's entertainment community. The studio's vision is to be a studio where everyone is welcome. A public studio where you don't have to be in the know or in a select exclusive group to work in there. The studio will offer music recording, practice/dance studios, and a video studio with a editing suite.

- Matthew Sky Osborne just recorded a new song "Ignite My Past". The song deals with Sky trying to balance his professional life and personal life. With the high goals he has set for himself with Sky Sound, it has required a lot of time, travel, and sacrifice and has left him alone and feeling hopeless about his personal life and his relationship with his girlfriend Kim. They are now at a crossroad and must figure out how can they continue to love each other in this environment where Sky always puts his goals first.
The music video will convey just that. Sky & Kim enjoying each other's time and company but still facing the harsh reality of tomorrow. We will see Sky spending time with Kim, and then hitting the road to work as Sky leaves the choice up to her about their future.
We will debut the video at the release party scheduled for Sunday Night October 18th, 2009 at Bristol in the Short North located at 132 E. 5th Ave. Columbus Ohio. Doors open at 9:00pm, video debuts at 10:30pm, party ends at Midnight. Everyone is welcome to attend. Guys are $10 and ladies are $5. You can also buy tickets in advance via email.

Matthew Sky Osborne hit the studio hard on his own to record four new songs that he produced, and wrote. Vision's Life, which has a futuristic vibe, Sky simply talks about Vision's Life. Vision's life being dreams, and goals that people have but never pursue because of fear of not making it, being embarrassed, scared of what people will say, etc. Basically we have the tools to do great things and the proof of that is written in history with great leaders like Dr Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, Malcom X, and great Kingdoms like Rome and Kings & Queens in Egypt, etc.
You Were... Is a personal song Sky wrote based on recent love and loss in his life with a girl he really cared about and things didn't turn out well. I'd have to say this is as open and honest as we have ever seen Sky. "I was really hurt by how things turned out with her. I thought she was really genuine and honest with me, come to find out... you know. I'm not perfect by any means either, but at least I was genuine. I would have done anything for her and it hurt when it ended, so I sought refuge in music" Sky.
I Love My Girl - Is a great, fun party song about relationship problems with a couple that have been together for a long time, and they're just trying to find a way to work things out without killing each other, it's simple as that.
Just Do What I Say - This is a song where Sky plays a character of an overworked farm husband who's been trapped in his daily farm duties for too long and all he has to escape from his nagging wife and his boring overworked life is his imagination. Check it out!

As Sky Sound grows we definitely are branching out in the world of media entertainment. Sky (Matthew Osborne) has been building a video library over the last 10 years of the birth of this company to this day. His goal was that someday, Sky Sound Entertainment Artist would have a big enough fan base whom would want to view the creative process, struggles of developing a career, a company, media projects, and more, via TV, DVD, and film.
By public demand, Sky Sound just leaked a short video clip from the long anticipated Welcome to Sky Sound DVD Part 1, to accommodate the release of the new album "Welcome to Sky Sound". February 17th 2007 - For the last 3 years Sky Sound & Artist SB, Sky, Focus, & Keys have been participating in a charity event with The Ohio State University known as the Buckeyethon which is a 48 hour dance marathon designed to raise money for Children's Hospital. Admission is a donation of your choice and OSU students attend as well as Fraternities, Sororities and the general public is also welcomed. Hundreds of supporters show up to enjoy the event every year and there is always a great turnout with the news media and big supporters. This past year Sky Sound wasn't able to make the show, but we hope you will attend next year, because this is a great cause! We'll see you there.

2007 - SB, C.O., Sky & Keys hit the road to head to the mother stujo (recording studio) in Toledo Ohio to record new tracks Reflex & Chill. Two long anticipated cuts that fans have heard performed live, but never recorded until now. Both songs are action packed with creativity and beat bumpin material while maintaining their own individual vibe.
"Reflex" is getting a lot of buzz all over Columbus as well as Memphis Tennessee, California, Alabama, & Japan. Reflex incorporates a lot of what Sky Sound has to offer with each explosive, individual personality all in the same song. August 5th, 2006 - Matthew Sky Osborne is helping create an organization with other business across the states, to help independent labels & business generate more business, finances, promotion, and support for their endeavors.
"What was really bothering me was that everywhere I went I ran in to people who were all basically trying to do the same thing, but going about it all in different ways. On top of that everyone was competing with each other and no one was getting anywhere. I thought to myself there have to be more independent labels than there are major labels? So why not have all of the independent companies join together and form either a single company that incorporates everyone's strengths or just form an entertainment network, once again utilizing everyone's strengths. So I went and gathered all the progressive business owners I could find and put everyone together to figure out how to get ahead." Sky
Everyone obviously knows about MySpace. At first we were anti MySpace because it just looked like a place where people would get online to hook up and we saw no business benefit from it? Until somehow it just caught on. Before you knew it, everyone had a MySpace page, and I mean everyone. Not just young people but business. Publishing companies, Movie Studio's, Record Labels, Law Firms, Comic Books, you name it. So we saw it as a opportunity to network and communicate with fans. Personally I have never seen a more efficient way of getting immediate feedback from fans & supporters on new music, projects, whatever. Once again the Internet proves to be a great tool for reaching the world in a matter of minutes.

September 20th, 2005 - Matthew Sky Osborne sent 500 free copies of his book "Your Supernatural Healing Begins Now!" to the survivors of Hurricane Katrina. "I couldn't just sit back and do nothing. I didn"t really have a lot of money so, I figured I would send something that could possibly give them some comfort & hope in this trying time. They are not refugees, They are family & friends."
Till this day we can not forget about New Orleans and the surround areas like Biloxi Mississippi. We need to get out there and visit, and build back up the tourism. Our leaders of industry need to go out there and create jobs. We need developers out there to rebuild. We need the government to get heavily involved in offering tax breaks to new business out there and incentives to get the ball rolling! We need action. Your Supernatural Healing Begins Now! By Matthew Osborne. The reason I wrote this book was because I noticed a need for hope with people around me that were going through tough things in life, whether it was physical sickness, depression, spiritual sickness, a lost loved one, or anything that could cause a person to loose hope.
I couldn't just sit back and watch as my friends and others around me were going through these experiences, so I decided to get involved. I said to myself "I can write a short, convenient book that people can carry with them everyday, that they could whip out and read as they needed to. Women can carry it in their purses, men could carry it in their pocket, and young people could carry it in their book bags, etc."
Then I decided to pull on different believes that everyone can relate to, so no one feels left out. So I pulled inspiration from Christian religion, spiritual beliefs, and my own personal beliefs and hopefully people can find something in the book that they can relate to, and in turn help them, and give them hope.
